our philosophy is that the room temperature should support your practice, rather than being an obstacle to overcome in your practice.  our morning classes are often warmed to a comfortable 85 degrees, while on hot summer days our afternoon classes are usually cooler.
  • wear form-fitting, comfortable clothing
  • arrive at least 10 minutes early
  • no cell phones
  • come with a clear, open mind and the ability to have fun
  • don't eat a heavy meal for at least 2 hours prior to class
  • inform instructors of any injuries, limitations, or special conditions
  • focus on your breath and listen to your body
